Con el fin de oficializar la contratación de un auspicio, el Grupo Editorial Editec declara que para tal efecto se debe suscribir el Contrato de Auspicio correspondiente para luego generarse la Orden de Compra (o el documento que corresponda según lo establezca los procedimientos de la empresa contratante del auspicio), no existiendo -en consecuencia- la posibilidad de reserva. Así, de no haber una formalización oficial firmada e ingresada en Editec por parte de la empresa interesada en el auspicio en particular, se declara entonces ese auspicio en condiciones y disponible para ser comercializado..

Por otro lado, para efectos de la cancelación del Contrato de Auspicio, con un plazo de 8 semanas antes del evento la empresa contratante puede manifestar la disolución o anulación del contrato para lo cual se establece el pago del 50% del valor total establecido en el acuerdo. A su vez, con un plazo de 4 semanas de anticipación a la fecha del evento, la empresa no podrá anular el contrato de auspicio, debiendo respetar el pago del 100% del valor total establecido en el acuerdo.
